So, problem I have with my 5 1/2 yr old D3 is that squeeling park brake again (first time for 2 yrs) led to dealer taking apart and adjusting, cleaning and replacing pads. Fitter bringing car back to car park and brake sounds off again. Back to the workshop but final verdict is that only a new module will cure it. Problem is: LR not supplying any right now so not in stock at any dealers. No waranties.
Took car home and now still squeels but brake not activating at all so now have un roadworthy car and no immediate prospect of a fix. Customer care looking into it but no response for 24 hours. Anyone have any ideas?
