Parking sensors - automatically engage?

Hi,

I have a 2012 Discovery 4 HSE - my parking sensors engage automatically in reverse gear. in my old Disco 3 they would also engage at low speed going forwards (< 5 mph?) - is there an option to do this on the Disco 4 (other than pressing the button - I am lazy after all!).

Thanks.

Are you sure? Mine operate in reverse, and will continue to be on if I'm manoeuvring slowly forward and reverse, but they never come on in forward only?

Sorry I meant to say mine does this - i.e. if I reverse first then they come one and stay on if going forward. But if I just start driving forward slowly (no reverse involved) then they remain off.

It was a feature of early D3s. I don't think there's a way to enable it on later cars. I've seen threads on here about it but can't find them now as I'm on my mobile...
