Hi,
TFC will be doing the fitting, no offence, but I don't trust CWH, or most other people for that matter, messing with my car.
I have used a phone cradle mount bracket to mount the screen (I don't have a picture yet). It will need some slight adjustment but I am basically happy with it.
I shall speak to Ten about the click, and see what he says - but I would tend to agree that it would be the Parrot system introducing the 'noise' rather than the HiFi.
Other than that, how do you find it in use?The M-Power Express

Hi all
New to the forum, actually new to Disco. Its been 4 months waiting for arrival and two weeks to go...
I am going to fit the Parrot 3200 LS Color to my vehicle which has the HI-ICE Harmon Kardon branding.
I read that the wiring kit is different for this model stereo. Does anyone have the part number for the wiring kit to suit?
Cheers

All,
I have acquired a Parrot 3200 LS colour bluetooth kit.
I have been informed that I will also nede some additional bits, looms, that will allow 'plug & play' install with mute into my D3.
The additional parts are;
06-124B telemute lead and an 06-426B adaptor instead of the leads supplied with the kit.
Is this for the HI ICE Harmon Kardon ? I have the middle spec, not base spec, but not Logic 7 spec.New MY15 TDv6 D4 in Buckingham Blue

I'm pretty sure that the same bits apply for the base stereo and the hi-line too.
I think it's only the HK Logic-7 that needs a different set of adaptors.2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

Have a look at my past thread on this with a hidden bracket. My parrot box WAS fitted behing the stereo, and the leads fitted fine, just about. I had mine fitted lower on the left of the stereo as is clear to see there and away from ASBO kids eyes when walking by. I even had the LANDROVER logo installed in it (courtesy of COUNTRYWIDE - forum member ). This is done by Bluetooth and transfered from the phone the car is using. Have a look in my Gallery, tis there[/img]
I've had the display for my CK3100 (similar display size to 3200) fitted to the overhead for a few weeks now, and it's been great. Easily visible, and easy to operate. I also have the mic mounted just above it now, as that gave the clearest results. Fitting the display up there was very easy - just feed the cable up the a-pillar and across the roof lining
Keeps the dash board looking clearer too.
Shame they don't have a Multicomm that works with the CK3200 - then you can use the phone buttons on the steering wheel too, if fitted. It only works with the CK3000 and CK3100 at the moment.

I saw that instal when you 1st listed it, was trying to copy it but the leads Parrot supply and boxed will NOT reach, meaning splicing and extending wires, not for me to be honest. You have to be confident in electrics which I am not. Nice install though

I didn't need to extend the display wire - maybe the CK3200 wire is shorter, but i'd be surprised if that was the case. My blue box (the parrot main box) sits just above the brake pedal behind the trim, and the cable easily reaches that position.Previously:
