Part code for iid tool

Hi All,
New to Disco 3 Very Happy
I've had a Disco 1,2 all of the Range Rover P38's so i understand the no pain no gain when it comes to land rovers..... Bow down
I'm after a IID tool for my disco 3 but nobody actually states which model i should get????
so i'm having a wide guess that i'm after the Range Rover Sport 05-09 -IID Tool DA6403?

I've seen this £400+ ?????
I've also seen on flybay Rangerover sport unit for £300

so that why i'm asking as even the gap web site doesn't sell directly for the disco 3 and i can only guess that they sell the range rover sport unit as both cars are the same??? Big Cry

My understanding is that they are all the same units from a hardware perspective (apart from the Pro, which is slightly different). It's the software/firmware you install on them is what differentiates the model designation.

Had an email conversation with GAP a couple of weeks ago.

The BT version does all the models.

The non-BT version covers D3/RR etc.

I bought the non-BT version recently, but I have a D4 Rolling Eyes MY07 Freelander2 SE Santorini Black - Gone
