Part numbers on stereos

Hi. I need a new stereo. Mine is the one on the left, will the one on the right be ok even though the part numbers are different? Will my nav and wheel controls all still work? Both are the six disc with phone connectivity version.

Any help is much appreciated 👍

Or will a single CD unit fit straight in and work and just loose the sat nav?

Single disc player (low-line) is not MOST equipped so not a swap.

VUX500520 is the late model black rather than grey version but it is a D3 unit.
