Got a look at my sills, better than I thought... Had to re-tap rear threads on both sides - not much to panic over...
Quite impressed with the fit.

I think I’m pretty much done apart from a good go over inside the car. My wife might start to get a bit off, time to get creative with the kids.

Look what you started!
I am having difficulty with these screws. They are stuck solid and the driver just wants to cam out and round off.
I used the grinder on one side but that just left me with two lager holes to patch. How do you deal with them?

Sorry.
I’m sure they are the ones that go into the metal clips, they are the slot in metal clips.
The trims are fairly bendy, try not to be too brutal, just do a bit of wiggling.
My car looked like that the other day on the drive, people must have thought I’d gone nuts.
Good luck.

Just a quick thought D & G, that screw is connected to the wheel arch liner, if you can get the liner out and all the clips on the sill trim they should come out together allowing you to separate once off.
Regards Lee.

Using a 1mm cutting blade cut a slot into the screw then use a flat head screwdriver to remove.
