| Pause audio on steering wheel |

2013 SE Discovery
is there a way to pause the audio ( USB, CD etc) using buttons on the steering wheel?
i can see the pause ll icon on the display, but that means taking my eyes off the road.
Any ideas please?

can it be done using the Voice Control system ? haven't tried it but it seems logical. .

Thanks for the reply, but....
Yes, you can voice control but only "off" not "pause"
i am listening to some education and need to pause and then restart.
the display allows this but, as i wrote, it is not a good idea
