What phone mount do you use and where to put it 😳

Looking for enlightenment. I use my iPhone as satnav and really need a decent mount. So can the good people of this forum help by letting me know what they use, best place to mount, not the windscreen etc. Thanks.

Brodit mount and holder to fit your specific phone. Use the forum search facility for Brodit. Thumbs Up

Also have a Brodit. Note that they’re LHD/RHD specific. Thumbs Up

I find the brodit gets in the way a bit with the indicators, I have 1 but not using tgem! I have a wireless charger mounted to the right of the steering wheel which works well for me. Its suction Cup attached to the windscreen and similar to this:

+1 for Brodit, but different to KevinD3's as it has no charging facility.

Have a look at a bury…..

https://www.powermount.eu/en

I use the wireless charging version….

I did use bury products professionally since 15 years… never one single problem with hundreds of units in governments vehicles…

So when i wanted one in my D3 choice was easy…

Looks and works a treat
 Best regards
Harold

I mentioned Brodit above, and use it on my Disco.

Brodit don't make the appropriate bits for my MB SL350 R230 so I have fitted a Vanmass:-

Which has an "anti-wobble stabilizer which doubles the stability of the suction cup". Well worth a look.

A "Add On" to my Bury advice with picturers now.. in my (LHD) D3 (but RHD would be the same config, just in mirror... ) the powermount is very adaptable Wink

Mine is in a D3, so if I extended it up itd probably be even more in the way. The one I have works well and I have routed the cable through the dash so its a clean install. I should probably sell the Brodit mounts as Im not using them!
