Having just insured via A Plan, I got an email and a pin via text to open a document store, and print documents out.
However, my phone could not print, and I need to open on a computer and access the store to access and print them.
Is there a web based login page anywhere, or do I have to go via the emailed link?

Can you not just log into your emails on a computer and print them that way?

Its been a nightmare for me in the past, when going abroad i have asked them to send the documents by direct email which they have been more than happy to do. Ok sorted now I'm home. Copied to Onedrive. Compared to the policies I have on the other cars, with AXA and RAC, which have on line accounts, it's a little less convenient, but happy now.
