Dont try...

T-Cut on acrylic like your D3 head lights...you will marr the surface.
Just get some PLASTEX & try using a slotion that is made specificall for polishing this type of thermoplastic.

I first saw this being used in one of the factories that makes automotive acrylic parts (dashboard parts...Magna Corporation.....at the Speke site & elsewhere).....just to remove any fine marks on the odd product.

It only costs a few bob & "does what it says on the bottle"

It wil take out the scratches that T-Cut puts in by the way
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Using a polishing machine on a caravan paintwork is said to be quite risky, due to the thinness of the paint, but have seen excellent results on windows

deffo not an orbital polisher but the das kestrel or dodo juice polisher is much gentler for the enthusiast

the two stage creams (course and fine) are also widely available for around £8 on ebay and I have also seen them in Aldi although this was 6 months ago (probably not enough product in one tube for a caravan window though)

I can't find this product with 2 creams, I only seem to be able to find it with a fine grit paper that you rub on the surface first, completely scratching the surface Shocked and then use the cream to polish the scratches out that you have just put in Whistle

Richie63

the two pack cream is more for painted surfaces, but i have used it on perspex with good results
the links below are of two products i have also tried and tested and recommend, but using on a large surface area takes time and elbow grease unless you use a polisher with soft moist foam head

try these products, you can probably search them for cheaper prices on the net/ebay
