Playing my iPod in my XS ~ what connection is best
Hi,
Thinking ahead to when my XS arrives, what is the best way to connect my iPod to it?
Can someone explain what cable is required ~ how much ~ where from etc.
Done a search but not found any meaningful info.

Proper ACM (LR Ipod kit) much better sound and charges, also steering wheel controls work with it!
Output is via the interface, not the 3.5 mm jack, seemed to help with the very slight interferrence I was getting in the D3, but only a little bit better in the Merc .
It can pause, play, skip back and forth, it even auto pauses when you turn off the ignition. Would probably be even better inconjunction with ultra posh gold plated 3.5mm jack lead. The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.

Here is a plug for the ipod in the centre chubby box
All you have to do is buy the cable from the dealer which is about £25
My dealer give me the cable in the deal
