Please help, wanted one Pirelli zero 255/60/18 |
|
As per the subject hoping, One of the D3 owners in South Africa, who have a pirelli scorpion zero for a spare that might be willing to sell the tyre? My dad just invested in 4 new pirelli's(not my suggestion ), only done 3000km and then to loose one(side wall de-lamination no evidence of in-pack damage) on gravel road near Calvinia and off course no stock in Vredendal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. A few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2

If your dad travels a lot on gravel roads I would suggest he gets something else, I fitted Grabber AT2's on my previous disco 3. Did 65000k's on them and sold the car with them, never had a problem after Botswana, Wildcoast, Sani pass, Kosi bay, Mapungubwe.... twice or thrice, up and down on the dirt road to the farm(13k's) a thousand times and highway from Mokopane to Pretoria at least once a week. The Grabbers only have 2 ply sidewalls but very little noise and very good road holding even on wet tar roads. To me this is the best all rounder for the disco, now I pray for a 19' grabber.........soon. White MY2011 SDV6 HSE
