Is there a Plug and Play Reversing Camera Option available?
I would like to fit a reversing camera to my Disco 3, I have seen a few photos on this forum of people instyalling them, but none seem to tell you what make and model they installed and how they got it to work with the dashboard display.
Can anyone shine any light on this for me please.

On a D3 ?
You need a gap iid for options 2
And 3
1) fit a gvif under the seat. This is ideal if you want to show play station images on the front display
2) do the RR mod. Image is clipped. And you need a brightness increase mod other display is dull. This is the cheapest and buggy way.
3) upgrade the display to a D4 nav unit.
I would recommend option 3. Only slightly more cost than 1.

I did option 2, no problems at all, image not clipped. Did the RR sport mod and panoramic brightness fix. It's been nearly 2 years since I did it and all good.Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.

Does it need to be a Gap IID, will the Nanocom unit do it? Just that I have spent a small fortune on the Nanocom for all my cars.

Maybe option 2
You need to change config options ccf
To say rear camera fitted
You could try it now.
No harm setting it to fitted.

I have just bought two D3’s to add to my growing collection, now have 8 Landrovers, but you can only select one car under the profile which is my main car.
