A good bicker about random things is part of what makes this forum stand out compared to some of the other s ones! I can only see a dog/pet section and even a country sports section adding to the enjoyment of the forum! Actually its more likely to be non Halal than Halal, particularly if you buy British (<15%) and none of the major supermarkets stock meat or meat products from animals that have not been stunned before slaughter!

But that's the point died a quick and good death by dying quickly. I have taken enough pigs to the slaughter house to be killed and it's done quickly. UNot some long drawn out affair where it suffers. And just has importantly the meat is eaten.

You haven't spoken to many slaughterman then. What about the stressful journey before hand, holding pens etc hearing what's going on? The game that gets shot gets eaten, the vermin doesn't, I'd draw the line at eating a rat or a fox. But even a rat or a fox will be killed as cleanly, I've killed or observed the killing of hundreds if not thousands by every method imaginable, but I'd only condem a method if I'd seen it not just give a knee jerk reaction, but then I'm a murdering b d in the eyes of anyone who lives in the Walt Disney world.
