I have heard it going the opposite way with a rise to a higher band when challenged especially when moving house and it triggers a review. !

^ Very close mate of mine ran a business reducing council Business Rates for small businesses for a few years - made a lot of money from it before the Government tightened the regulations and he got out.Now Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.

Never had any PPI so it didn't bother me tbh, only had an odd loan when I was younger, now mortgage free and living the dream
