MacLeod 313,
I would sugest you try and find one of these, drills from
4-22 mm in steps, sheet metal to plastic. A very use full tool for doing
D3 mods.

I like new tools, the reamer looks 8) , I will look into it, thanks guys.

Just one more SMALLISH question, will I have to relocate my (uncle Ray supplied) CB ariel bracket. It is right at the furthest point back on the rails, it cant go further back so hopefully wont interfer with the expo going on.

And this was the previous bracket from XTC, but the new one is almost in the same position, but right back to the end trim

Think you might be unlucky mate - the rack butts right up to that little plastic lug at the rear

Might even be an oportunity to centralise the bracket too. Ray's brackets are brilliant, but cos the rails on the HSE aint dead level, they lean out a little, the ariel does'nt sit upright. Neutral
