Pre-Oiling-System

My engine now starts after 10 seconds pre-oiling. Not vice versa. Very Happy

I wonder if its where u pump oil through a new/ rebuilt engine prior to starting , well that’s my guess for today , lol

Gary, I meant wtf is this about signatures and erased Laughing

The pre-oiler idea has been discussed before. ISTR that one fan on here has them on his track car ?

Makes a lot of sense to me. Doesn't mean I'm going to part with cash to make it happen though Rolling with laughter

The intake pipe in the oil pan has no filter. Because of this, small particles get into the oil filter system and cause the non-return valve to leak. As a result, the oil flows back into the oil pan and the next engine start begins without oil pressure.
The pre-oiling system is a work around and thus prevents mixed friction, e.g. on the crankshaft.

With this oil manifold you will have many options. E.g. easy oil change, analog measuring, pre-oiling input and installation of an oilpressure switch with a higher trigger point (e.g. 0.6 bar instead of 0.15 bar!!!)
