My engine now starts after 10 seconds pre-oiling. Not vice versa.

Gary, I meant wtf is this about signatures and erased
The pre-oiler idea has been discussed before. ISTR that one fan on here has them on his track car ?
Makes a lot of sense to me. Doesn't mean I'm going to part with cash to make it happen though Last edited by Hardware on 17th Sep 2022 9:20 am. Edited 1 time in total

The intake pipe in the oil pan has no filter. Because of this, small particles get into the oil filter system and cause the non-return valve to leak. As a result, the oil flows back into the oil pan and the next engine start begins without oil pressure.
The pre-oiling system is a work around and thus prevents mixed friction, e.g. on the crankshaft.

With this oil manifold you will have many options. E.g. easy oil change, analog measuring, pre-oiling input and installation of an oilpressure switch with a higher trigger point (e.g. 0.6 bar instead of 0.15 bar!!!)

Easy oil change with a quick-plug (stahlbus), supported by the pre-oiling system:
