Pressure increases too slow fault - seconds after starting

Hi! I get a "Normal ride height only" suspension warning about 20 seconds after starting the engine, but sometimes it comes on a bit later - often upon releasing the throttle. This has been happening with increasing regularity over the past few weeks.

Using the IIDTool, I can see the gallery pressure slowly rising (1-2 kPa/sec) until the compression cycle is cut short and the two faults below appear with a "bong." The pressure is usually in the 1500-1600 kPa range.

Eight months ago, I had a similar issue, but the fault didn't occur until 2-3 minutes after starting the engine. I fixed it by rebuilding the AMK compressor and replacing the o-ring seals, exhaust valve, and dryer beads. But now the problem is back.

Got any ideas what could be causing this? It doesn't seem like a compressor timeout, since the onset is early and irregular.

He does say he rebuilt the compressor 8 months ago.

Start checking for leaks at the airport tank

Check that the exhaust valve is not stuck again.

Thanks. If there are no leaks, are there other things to check before writing off the compressor?

Do you know if the rate of pressure increase is being monitored continuously? Is the early onset of the fault simply indicating that the pressure is indeed rising slowly.

Are you running AMK software?- if not you can load it with the Iid tool.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
