I drilled a 1" hole in the back of the upper glovebox, and ran power from the fusebox, and ground to a bolt under the passenger kick panel - then to a new cigarette socket. Cable tied the cables so they can't fall back, and taped the Belkin to the socket.
I had already connected the aux input to the upper glovebox, but had always hated that the volume on aux input had to be well over 20 when listening to the iPod via headphone output.
Adjusted the volume to the same as the FM/AM/CD output and can now listen to iPod without worrying about blowing my eardrums out when changing source. Sounds really good - and now charges the iPod while connected. I had also replaced my front speakers with some decent hifi brand gear drivers and custom crossover. I must change the rears - and possibly get some HSE covers to install speakers in the rear (for the kids). One day...
I also received some sill plates and installed them too.
Last but not least, put on the "DISCO3.CO.UK" sticker on the back window.
I know... no photos to prove it... will have to wait until the rain stops!
Cheers,
Rob

Hi Simon - I have mine sitting in/on some foam, in the top glove box. I leave it on shuffle and locked.
I like the idea of getting a TomTom Go 520/720/920 - and having control from the touch screen... but am annoyed at the hassle of disconnecting everything, no iPod charge while connected, no rear camera input, and the spaghetti bowl of cables to mount it (not stealth enough).
