I always wanted a Grifter but had to settle with a Tomohawk....but i did move onto a Raleigh Chopper...the one with the gear stick in the middle.. Which meant when you slid off the seat you got crushed nuts... Not like the newer version which has gone all health and safety with the gear change on the handle bars..... If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works
