Hello everyone,
To answer a few questions:
PaulP - We are going to get everything into full production and then post photos of the parts available to avoid any confusion / worry about it being the real thing.
The final production part will have a sticker of our 'P' similar to the cut out you see on the photos of the rack with the metal cowling
Andy - The composite floor is certainly strong enough to lash two (or more) wheels onto it. It will be more sturdy than the current aluminium flooring.
Ken - The design of our ladder is being finalised at the moment. As soon as it is ready, we'll post details of it here. Suffice to say, it's going to be something different. Put that gas axe down!
Hope these are of help. If you have any other questions, as always please don't hesitate to PM me, post or call us on: 01904 728112.
Many thanks,
Olly

Olly,
can you answer a few Qs for me please :
1) what is the wind noise like - can you compare to the Frontrunner rack ie noisier/quiter on a scale of 1-10
2) how heavy is it
3) if i wanted to bolt my Howling moon awning to the side it, how would i do this given it has tubular rails
4) how can I bolt items such as my jerry can holder, water tank and spare wheel carrier to it - do i have to buy the floor.
and finally
5)how quickly can it be removed - and is it a one person job.
I would be interested in a new rack to replace my Frontrunner rack if it was quieter and easy(ie quick) to remove / install. I think a key USP for you would be a quick release/install system if that was possible.Duncan

I'ld be pleased if anyone of you guys living in UK, go wisiting Prospeed's office and talk face to face with Olly. Phonecalls and email are helpless. I need a rack before summer.Land Rover - It Hurts So Good
Considering the last post from Prospeed was back in October...I would think that this is no more...
Lock the thread to stop it reappearing every two months...?The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Prospeed roof rack
now the roof rack is on my discoroof. The Rack has no connection to the standart LR Ladder, everything is ok.
The Windshield in Front?!! Ok, i will think about it. The floors look completly different to these from the pictures. in the next days i will post some pictures, and i will wait for your answers. All in all the rack looks nice,i think a non glare surface of the windshield will be better. For me its not such a problem because my disco is already black and it looks simular. The floors are also glare and Black,it looks like a second roof.
its not aluminium and i will find out how it works in normal use!! So long
PS: sometimes it is really hard to reach our friend Olly from prospeed, i dont know exactly why. I think he is a little bit confused

I cant believe it!
Pictures, pictures, pictures. The rack is of aluminium, right? and the floor is made of carbone composite, right? Is the coating "non-scratchable"?
What is your impression of the general quality of the rack and the floor? Would you put 200kg load on it?Land Rover - It Hurts So Good
from no where to someone who has one fitted As mentioned, some pictures would be good
(good job no one listened to the foreign guy who suggested the thread got locked... )The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...
