Pulled pork.......

...... with the Disco today

Not the largest livestock trailer I've pulled in the 7 years I've had this D3, but possibly the tastiest as there's a pile of cherry sawdust that has an appointment with these girls when they come back from the butcher...... Thumbs Up

My mouth is moist just thinking about it Rolling with laughter

Pork seems out of favour these days but there is so much variety available from a pig.

That'll depend on whether or not it's real pork and not a plastic substitute. Very Happy

Bath chaps will be fried, that's for sure.

Oddly enough, the Disco is known as Dave Neutral

Nice.

I reckon one of them will fit in my smoker whole, probably take 36hrs to cook and be absolutely amazing,

Love pork, a great cut of meat.

A nice cut of ham with mustard on tiger bread sandwiches, can't beat it.

I'm a big fan of British reared meat no mater what animal it comes from.
