Puzzling noise
Just looking for peoples opinium on where this squeeking/creaking noise is coming from on my disco, or if someone has had the problem before what was the part you replaced
My disco has developed a squeek/ creak on the front off side corner. It squeeks when the suspension goes up and down when driving( you can do it by rocking the car when it is stationary) but it also does it when you turn the steering , a more constant squeek /creak ( both are really loud)
ive had a look for play and sprayed up suspension joints with lubrication but it still does it.
So whats peoples opinium? is it the steering or the suspension at fault? (need too get this sorted as heads turn to look where the noise is coming from when i turn a corner )Discovery 3 - Black SE with HSE upgrade

could be arb bushes or the lower or upper arm bushes. one wa i solved this issue on my lower ad upper arms on the rear is mske a small incision in the top of the rubber gaitor on the joint and stick the nozzle of a white spray grease canister through it - keep filling it till it comes out. has solved the issue and not reoccured for 12 months now.
i dont do wading in deep water so thats why i chose to do this rather than replace for te moment

Mine was an upper arm bush. Never found the source until I changed all the suspension arms.
I've posted this before, this was the noise my car made -

Will hopefully get a video of the noise this weekend ( work permitting, been 2 years of barly anything in event then suddenly it all goes to 100 mph )
cheers for the advice so far!
Will.i.am , if i cannot find out the exact noise i may try that see where it gets me as a temp fix
rrhool - mine sounds abit higher pitched then that but then again it does have 3 ton of disco on it so its more compressed, im thinking of replacing all my upper and lower arms when i have a moment as i think they are originalDiscovery 3 - Black SE with HSE upgrade
