Question on moving bits in the spare battery box...

Hi All,

I've got a split charge setup taken from my old Nissan Navara which coincidentally split in half. Rolling with laughter

Having looked in the spare battery box, there doesn't seem to be much room, but folk on here manage to fit a leisure battery in there? I'm guessing, you move the electrical boxes to make room, but where do you move them too and how do you secure them out of the way? I couldn't find any decent pics using the search function.

I've found the part number YJF500100 for the bracket, I guess the clamps are the same either side?

I was looking at putting it in the boot space but I suppose it makes sense to put it in the engine bay if there's room.

Cheers for any advice given. Thumbs Up

I wrapped them up securely in robust waterproof bags and folded them back into the bulkhead access hole.

That sounds far too easy. Laughing

Do you happen to know the dimensions for the battery that will fit in the gap?

I see the yellow top seems to be the most popular choice.
