A very annoying rattle has started (no not from the passenger seat) coming from behind the headlining above the drivers sun-visor, I believe the bluetooth mic is up there some where.
does anyone know what is may be, or has a schematic of what is behind there ????

I had the exact same problem for a few weeks last month, was going to drop the light unit down and have a look. But before I got round to it the rattle suddenly stopped and I've not heard it for at least 2 weeks now.1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold

Thats the sort of fix I like, I just hope mine does the same.

BT mic is in the plastic center section between the visors.
I had the plastic trim on the outside of the car above the windscreen come loose, and rattle like hell at speed.
Sounded like it was inside the headlining, but it was just vibrating against the roof.
Needed replacement due to 'failed adhesive strip' - worth a check.08 LR3 SE V8 - 02 D2 SE7 V8

I have had this and it was a pair of wires that should have been stuck to the roof or head lining and wasn't. They were just vibrating between to two . It was and easy fix once the light unit came out.
