Rear door stereo controls on the blink...

Well hello there.

Can you help??

It appears that the stereo controls on the rear doors of our D3 do absolutely nothing!!!

Any ideas? It's not a major problem if it cannot be fixed... If at first you don't succeed it's obviously not meant to be!!!
