Rear Facing car seat anchor points under front seats

Weve just upgraded our car seats to extended rear-facing seats . they anchor by using straps under the front seat runners, however, in the D4 this looks difficult.
In mine, it appears there should be some form of anchor point but its been removed before I got the vehicle in spring this year.
Just wondering what other people's D4s look like under the back of the front seats and if I can add an anchor point here, I've attached some pictures.
Or any other ideas? Cheers!

I could be wrong but from memory those fixings (holes) you see there are for trim pieces (bits of plastic to cover the end of the rails and to keep toes and fingers out).

I would suggest they are not suitable for anchoring a seat mount. You could remove the rearward bolts holding down the front seat rails and use them (with longer bolts), perhaps? Again, from memory, when converting a Commercial to a 7-seater, I seem to recall they are grade 10.9 bolts—don't use cheap fixings.

Good luck Thumbs Up

A picture paints a thousand words. You can see one of the trim pieces here.

Definitely looks like mine is missing that extra trim piece!
Probably had a car seat anchored to the seat bolt before!

I have some longer 12.9 that we use on the farm that will fit and will put a spacer to raise the car seat anchor brackets flush with the floor.
Cheers, Kilvolt always helps to look at someone else's!
