Rear passenger door quarter window glass
Hello all, I’ve searched on here and also Google/ YouTube to see if there is any information on removing the rear quarter glass from the rear passenger doors. I am removing the factory privacy glass and replacing it with clear - the main windows I know how to remove but I don’t know how the small window comes out. I would rather have an idea before I start taking it all apart!!
Any ideas???
Thanks!

If it’s the same as the D3 (think they share doors) then once the main glass is out, the vertical separator bar can then come out attached to the qtr glass. End up coming out like this

Hi!
@NC500 did you succeed?
Any advice?
You do not happen to have the small window LH side with pfactory privacy glass (Pilkington Sundym) for sale?
Have to do the same job on the LH side due to vandalism ... smashed for fun. F******

Hi Rügenwalder,
same happend to me here in Berlin. Do you have any advice? I had to repair the drivers door window before (also vandalism...) - that was easy because there are a lot of tutorials. But not for the small rear door window.
Best regards from Berlin

Hi,
in the meantime I did my passenger side rear door window. It is a bit wiggely but absolutely doable.
You have to take out the big window before you can take out the small triangle window. There are plenty of videos about it. Takes a bit of time but once the big window is out the rest is kind of self explanatory.
Hope that helps ...
Did also the non working locks on both of the two rear doors. First one with 2 people took 3 three hours (yes, coffee and break included), the second one I did alone in 2 hours one week later.
