Hi
Have u tried , keep pressing the dashboard button to unlock , whilst having someone pull the inside handle open
But as you’ve removed the door card will just be the cable, if that doesn’t work try the outside door handle
Last thing is pulling the outside and inside together
Good luck

Hi
Sounds like the actuator has completely failed, know when my door failed shut I was lucky enough by pressing the dashboard button lock / unlock again and again whilst pulling the inside handle and came open
When u removed the door card u would have disconnected a cable from the interior door handle , u should be able to pull that as it will still be connected to the actual lock
Ref the dashboard button can u hear anything at the door when u press it lock and unlock
Hope that helps

Thks, can u hear the other doors clicking when u press the lock / unlock button
Reason I ask just in case it’s popped a fuse as indeed need to get it out of the deadlock situation
Can imagine it being very frustrating
See if I can in the mean time find some info for u, maybe someone will be along in what they’ve done when the lock / unlock has failed

Ur welcome , but wondering if u can actually gain access to the actuator itself whilst in situ
Of course u don’t want to damage the door, wonder if a dremel could be used to open the lock cover to allow u access, know there’s screws that hold it in but located in the door jam which u can’t access at the moment
Alas I was very lucky , haven’t found any threads yet what others have done when the lock has completely failed
Just wondering what options u have and if using a dremel to cut open the actuator would actually work
Sorry that’s not much help to u
Did u say u tried holding the outside handle pulled out and then keep pulling the inside cable didn’t work
If I find anything will post it here for u

That’s a shame as I was just thinking if gaining access to the motors would possibly help
Have u also removed the glass as I’m thinking if u can get ur hand onto the actuator and break it off, know you would end up replacing the door handle as well but just thinking of the alternatives
Hopefully someone will be along with a better idea
Ps, just a thought , have u got the child lock on as that will of course disable the interior handle working, if so have u tried pulling the inside cable whilst then pulling the outside handle
