Rear suspension clunking

Hi all is there any recommendations for a garage near Rochester Kent. to quote to replace my mk3 rear swinging arms . Both uppers and lowers.. any guide on price would be a help.

Check tyre wear, if even across their entire width the arms are most likely still okay.

second on the anti roll bar bushes. If they are still the original bushes, they didnt fit properly. If corrected, there should be a nice gap between the bush bracket and the chassis. If the bracket is right down onto the chassis, they need replacing.

Upper and lowers is pretty expensive as can be labour intensive if bolts seized (likely).

Upper and lower parts will be about £100-£150 per side if aftermarket, ~£700 per side genuine (seriously dont). Labour depends, if seized maybe 2 hours per side? (just a guess). Took me longer but im slow.
