On my D3's I bought a GVIF unit which allowed me to have a reversing camera (number plate version from HIDS4U) on the sat nav screen, plus TV and I had a couple of Blackvue front and rear and could see those on the screen if needed.
Also had many other settings which I did not use. ~Bodsy did all the fitting for me. Great setup.Discovery 4 HSE SDV6 2012 MY (current)

Hello guys, sorry for digging up.
I'm looking for a way to fix the brightness of my screen. I did the yellow cable removal and got it RRS transformed but I must say in bright day light you can't see . Is there a thread where there is a ''how to'' way of fixing it yourself ?
Other question, I do have an IID Tool, is there a way of setting up my camera on my D3 screen without making it RRS like and modifying anything ?
Thanks for your help guys.

If you look at this thread, ChrisL cut a different wire and now the dash dimmer controls the LCD brightness. A significant improvement by the sounds of it
