Also, does anyone know if you can buy the fitting clips for the official rubber mats? They are different to those for the over-carpets.Cheers,

The new rubber mats should come with the clips required

The clips that are already in don't look like they unscrew - they are big rectangular plastic bits as per that link to RimmerBros.
And the rubber mats came out of our old D3 so I've not got all the clips Cheers,

These were the extra clips I got when I bought my luxury carper set.
(Didn't need them as they were already there - sold them on).
As you will see, these ones unscrew.

You might find you have the old mats. I have carpet mats for summer and rubber for winter and they both have a single hole for the clip. The part numbers were slightly different depending on the age. I believe the D3 has two clips and the D4 one.
