How to remove front bumper/black wing mouldings???

Could anybody inform me how to remove the front bumper to enable me to replace with the new one, have removed all fixings except the ones behind the side mouldings. Sorry if this does not make any sense as i was up A&E until 5:00am this morning and brian is not engageging to well.

Mate,

You need to remove the headlights, at the side of each headlight you will see a small screw that holds on the black mouldings. Once they are removed (one each side) you can remove the mouldings by pulling. Thumbs Up
