Remove headunit and replace a lead - instructions?

I think the cable to my ipod/USB socket has got damaged somehow as the sound is intermittent and very poor(when it does work). Is there a good guide on how to replace this cable? I've done similar on my previous car but not on a LR. It's a 2010 D4 HSE.

I think the cable I need is this: LR015905 - unless someone else can correct me.
