Removing side vent

How do you remove the side vent?

The common technique, well site Mod DG took mine off, and there is a knack to it.

1. Stand so that the vent is behind you.

2. Hands Behind back, fingers through vent and bend knees

3. Lift vent up, it hooks at the bottom of the wing.

Once it pops lever it out from the bottom.

NOW dont be surprised if a tab breaks, especially if the plastic is cold......................but many RAI wearers have them as spare Wink

ignore Mac Evil or Very Mad these can be got out VERY easy without breaking the tabs Rolling Eyes

stick the blade of a plastic spatula under the bottom edge of the vent and use it to lever the vent upwards slightly as you're pulling the bottom of the vent up/out with your fingers through - do one end then the other - comes out easy with no fuss Thumbs Up

Did it Mac's way and it came out easy and didn't break any clips.

I think its cos when SN's D3 is in access mode he still cannot reach the vent DG's way Wink

Both ways work well, I only mentioned the way I saw mine being done, and at least yours is off Thumbs Up
