Yup, there not willing to budge.
They say they had a price increase in the summer and there is no wriggle room.
As I've said before im only really bothered about the engine going so i upped the excess last year and took off all the things that I could.
700 quid and the same month as the tax is due.
Surprisingly wbac are offering me 12500 currently for the car.
Im wondering if its time to chop it in for an electric hybrid or something. Its been a good car, the best lr ive owned, not missed a single beat so far.
I like the look of the kia soul full ev.

It’s all about their risk, anther year older, so the chances of failure have risen, regardless of mileage, and repair costs gone up, can hardly blame them. Joined the BMWX5 45e group

ive just done a WBAC quote on the basis of the above
they've quoted you £12500 for a 2010 with 106k
they've quote £9800 for 2011 8 speed with 112k
assuming that both yours and mine are similar historys (2 owners FSH etc) they are clearly just making the numbers up as they go along 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten
