| Replacement Turbo and EGR Valves |

Hi All, wondering if anyone can help.
My Disco4 has been diagnosed as needing the above and I have purchased all parts inlcuding replacement turbo, 2xEGR valves and new intercooler hoses. It was originally in with Westover LR in Salisbury (my partner is Armed Forces stationed down south) but they took 7 days to daignose at which point he was due on leave so the car is now at home with us in Chester. We are struggling to find a garage who will do the work as all 4 we have tried so far are saying they will not do the work with parts we have bought.
Does anyone have any recommended garages, mechanics in the area? (willing to travel up to 90 minutes if needed)

Have you tried Flack on this site? - based around Preston?
I've used Land Ranger in Stockport - but cant comment on the use of parts
