Restricted performance - filter or sensor
Hi all,
I am getting “restricted performance” up on my 2010 D4 on a fairly regular basis. I’ve plugged the nanocom in and have got the following message back which I’m guessing is the cause....
Does this refer to water in the fuel or is it the sensor itself. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the sensor can be troublesome. Although I’m getting “restricted performance” and a yellow warning triangle it drives no different to normal

For cost wise I’d change filter for Delphi and clean all sensors MAP/MAFMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

3.0 models require a new filter housing. Very common issue
