| Restricted performance temperature related |

Hi would anyone know if a restricted performance warning could be caused by a dodgy thermostat?
I get the warning. Only when the car is up to temperature and I leave it for about 1 hour or so and then restart the car.
If left to Coll or over night there is never a issue
.when it comes on I have got a cheep code reader it shown no codes and if I clear the warning down it does not come back on.
Very confused.

I don't know about a thermostat causing the restricted performance but I would be finding someone with an IID tool to plug in when you get the issue occurring. 2010MY Disco 4 HSE in Ipanema Sand over Almond.
It's got THE rear diff.
