Thanks.
I have read that, but was unsure if the D3 wiring looms were the same as D4.
I am not toooo fussed about memory, more getting rid of the bursts!

Phil,
fitted my HSE drivers seat today and like you just bursts. So going to look back at wiring to see what the seat needs as the seat connectors has 2 plugs that my main body loom doesn't connect to (thinking that will be right mirror and left mirror) so will do some investigation and have put the XS seat back for now as the bursts I couldn't live with

Not a disco I know but when I had a 2013 XS freelander2 I fitted seats from a 2012 HSE and exactly the same problem tried to fit a 2013 module under the seat but totally different wiring from my13 when the wiring system totally changed same time that the audio system changed to Meridian gave up in the end and when I sold the car replaced the seats with the original manual version. As an aside I have a set of late HSE door cards in alpaca with wood trim some slight damage to some of the door cards but all switches and wiring in place with no damage to the wood £150 picked up (I will not post)

So Mr Famous Five, an update.
Bought new door cards out of a HSE with the memory switches etc.
Had a few issues (you have seen the other thread), but the seats still only worked in bursts!
