Haven’t looked at them properly yet , just made myself a cuppa first before I sit down and look at them
Also see I think it’s from 2010 the airbags change , really prefer the look of the flat finish , yeh i know i need to get out more

Just taken RH switch apart
Indeed new one will need to filing , just got to find which one it is that’s stopping it sitting properly

Steering wheel switches now done
Ordered a later airbag and another airbag removal tool, will find it now
Think it looks quite nice

Indeed , left one was fine , just needed a slight file to the RH side pcb
Just waiting for my airbag (2013 ) and removal tool to turn up, fingers crossed will be here by the weekend

Well the new airbag turned up
Think the new ones look better having the flat front , than the older model
Just waiting for my airbag removal tool now

Very smart 8) didn't have an air bag tool but I had a spoke for a bike wheel which I modded to remove mine

That’s a good idea , my neighbour might get upset if I pinch one of his spokes
Did buy an airbag tool last year , but can I find it can I hell, new one has been dispatched so should be here thurs / Friday
Also noticed inside the steering wheel there’s a plastic guide for the airbag tool to slide along and onto the release clips
Hoping the weekend will be nice so can swap the steering wheels over, very pleased I’ve got the iid so that will save some more pennies not having to rely on a garage to activate the new switches
