In my experience anyone one in that condition gets an ambulance called and the police insist she goes to A&E as a place of safety !

Interesting read and very sober and deliberate summary by the appellant judge.
I understand everyone's legal right to seek justice when a perceived injustice has been committed - but really?? Why was this action and subsequent appeal ever given the time of day? The wiff of some cash and/or 15 seconds of fame?
