Puppies and roses?? Sounds like your house!!

Well done James W! Could watch that clip over and over.... I did try to reenact that scene but Mrs FC was not interested...
Had you been there or have you just got a great eye for detail?

Not been there sadly but it's just one of those things I instantly recognised for some reason. It did drive me mad for a few mins to be fair - I knew it was a bond but couldn't think which one.

Awesome work then...we’ll done!

For those who don’t know this is Villa Balbianello....on Lake Como and I thoroughly recommend anyone in the area to take in this location..not only is it exquisite but the history of the place is fascinating..owned in the latter years by Guido Monzano he was a rich industrialist who spent all his money on geographical expeditions including the Poles and Everest..because he was incredibly rich he funded most of the Italian national expeditions.. he was also afraid of being kidnapped by the Red Brigade in the 70”s thus designed or adapted most rooms to have hidden escape routes built in and under the villa.

Loved Lake Como...incredibly beautiful lake...

By far the best place on our travels was the Amalfi Coast drive from Sorrento to Salerno... although for anyone who has driven it, will agree it’s a bit heart in mouth...not for the twisting and challenging roads but moreover for the local moped riders and locals who are all totally and utterly mental..

hats off to the local coach drivers who thread their buses through the narrow lanes...
