Rotating video

The ATC2000 Action Cam has come back from its first outing - a skiiing trip - video is good but a lot of it is canted at anything from 30 to 90 degrees Rolling Eyes

Windows MovieMaker allows you to rotate video by 90 degrees - has anyone got any suggestions for rotating by other amounts - preferably 'free' suggestions? Whistle

Seriously, I don't know if you can do this with Avid Free DV, but it might be worth a look, available here:
http://crazygproductions.com/g-for-you/downloads.html

Alternatively, you can get windows movie maker to rotate video to any angle if you're ok editing xml files. It's probably best to re-write the existing parity.fx file and manually change say the "rotate 270" effect to move any angle you want...
take a look here and it implies it can be any angle between 0-360?
