Hi Mate, I've updated it for you - not much choice in the 20" size and no proper A/T (as far as I can tell, happy to be corrected).

I think I'd go with the Lattitude Tour.

Appreciate you going to the effort of doing a list. Very helpful. Thumbs Up

Cheers, I might add the whole spectrum of tyres to make it a definitive list.

On 20s, if you were happy to go up to 55 profile, you'd get the Grabber AT3 available.

It's odd that the Grabber is available in 20 sizes that suit the RRS but not the Disco, when the latter might be more expected to be out and about getting muddy.

Did the sport come with wheels smaller than 20” or are the brakes too big?

All Seasons or All terrain

Guys,
My winter tyres have worn out and been binned, my Pirelli scorpion summer tyres need replacing too so I want to have just one set of tyres in future as can't afford to keep storing and swapping summer/winter. Are All Season tyres or All terrains the best bet? I drive on roads with just a little bit of wet grass and forest trails (fire roads) I visit Scotland every winter so they need to be good in snow. I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks.

I’d say you need a tyre with the 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake marking - this is 3PMS in the table. Cross climates & verde all season are the most road biased ones - they get more off road focussed as you go down the list. Hope that helps.

Any realworld reviews of the yokohamas?

I'd decided on them in 265/65/18 but have decided to stick with 19. There are a lot more options in 19 (which is sort of good)...

I'm hoping to avoid repeating the hours of research on tyreleader! Embarassed

Standard was 19s or 20s. I think the early 2.7TDV6 came with even smaller rims just like the D3 but most run on bigger rims. If the bigger brakes were fitted, then you're limited to one or two LR 19s, otherwise it's 20s.

I've had them fitted since Friday lunchtime, and only done 250 odd road miles since, so they are still being "run-in".

As we all know it's been very wet, so I haven't "pushed" the tyres in any way, save for a single deliberate hard stop on a deserted road a few miles ago. Pulled up all square & no problems.

As an aside I'm quite surprised how "un-agressive" the tyres look.

First off-roading on Wednesday when I'm shooting, and I should have covered 1,00 miles by the next week, when I'll report again.

Does anybody know if 275/55R20 tyres would fit on the standard 8.5 rim of do I need a 9.5 rim?
Am considering some Pirelli All Terrain Plus tyres
Cheers all.

Because I can't help myself, I've added an additional column for winter performance (summarised as far as possible from the manufacturer's website) and done the same with off-road performance. If the cell is black, they haven't mentioned anything.

Interestingly, for one of the most expensive manufacturers Continental have very little information on their site - nothing that would make buying their tyres an easy decision.

I'm still pondering.... Big Cry

I've seen the duratracs advertised as C C and 71 on their tyre label, which would then tempt me as I don't want to lose fuel economy for the occasional off road I do.

https://www.oponeo.co.uk/tyre-details/good...eviewslist

I've still not got stuck on my Wrangelr HP All weather, so can't convince myself I "Need" to change. Still like the Cooper Discoverer ATT and Pirelli ATR, but if I don't get stuck or struggle this season (especially with the rainfall we've had!) then I shall stick to what I know.

I do like the look of the AT tyres over the road bias ones though. Mr. Green
