Rse headphone issue MY 14 |

I can only get a static hiss and very low audio out of the white fire wireless headphones on the rse on MY 14 Changed the battery’s but no change anyone had similar it’s the first time I’ve tried them in the 3 yrs I’ve had the car also screen kept saying supervisor mode but eventually seemed to clear that MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car
MY10 HSE D4 auto
MY14 XXV more buttons than the spaceshuttle

Try them away from the car and see if the noise is the same. If it is, I think it’s your white fire sensor in the roof or the connection at the amp.
I have 3 sets (I have Dual View) and they are from different cars and different models and they all worked without any programming or calibration. Just switched on and they worked.

It’s behind the rear right boot panel, if you have an access panel like I have, you maybe able to see the thick light grey cable coming out and running towards the rear most pillar up into the roof.
