[For Sale] 15 plate Discovery 4 SE Tech -price reduced

Hi

Ad purchased from Martin - order number 201014-772

Up for sale is my Corris Grey D4, registered in July 2015.

Current mileage 50,671

2 owners including myself

Standard SE tech spec, key features being
Leather seats, Heated fronted seats, Sat Nav

Privacy glass

Detachable tow bar with 2 keys and 13 pin electrics

Full land Rover service history as follows
07/09/2016 – 12mth/16,000 miles service at 12,290 miles
07/09/2017 – 24mth/32,000 miles service at 24,143 miles
19/07/2018 – 36mth/48,000 miles service at 35,925 miles
09/07/2019 – 48mth/64,000 miles service at 43,221 miles
14/07/2020 – 60mth/80,000 miles service at 48,727 miles

At the July 2020 service the brake fluid and transfer case fluid were changed.

MOT until 23.07.2021 – this MOT was performed on 9th July 2020 with an advisory of the front brake pads wearing thin – these were replaced by Landrover on 14th July 2020

4 new Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure tyres fitted approx. 2K miles ago on 9th July 2020

Very good condition inside and out.

Hi Moo

I'm sorry to be ignorant, how can one tell if its Euro 5 or 6?

It is an Adblue model if that has any significance?

I'm also wondering from lack of interest here and elsewhere if I am being a bit optimistic on the price? I would welcome the view of other forum members?

Yes, its a lovely vehicle, it's a shame we are opposite sides of the country. If you are interested, I am travelling to Oxford for work in about 3 weeks time if that helps?

Hey Steve. On the price front it is a hell of a lot of car for any money. But I think you may be asking top dollar. I did a lot of research when I was thinking about a D4 versus something else non LR. What you are asking now I think is closer to main dealer price. Assuming this is a private sale I think you are a little high. James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

Price is always subjective. This looks a lovely example and at a shade over 50k and the condition pictured is well priced in the current red hot second hand market I would say.

Compare the OPs D4 to this older XXV with 9k less miles but at a whopping £34k+ at a main dealer.

They'll sell it for close to that too I believe, it is a special edition granted, but even so a 2014 D4.

Imho it all boils down to how much you need to sell and how quickly. Someone will want the OPs in the new year in the current marketplace...
