[For Sale] 275/45x21 Pirelli Scorpion All Season REDUCED
I have the following tyres for sale, all Pirelli Scorpion All Season, to be collected from BN44 3PT, Sussex.
A matching pair of used Verde, 6.5 - 7mm of tread, no damage or repairs £160 the pair SOLD
2 new Verdes, £260 the pair SOLD
2 new Zeros at £280
and a single Zero at £140
All the Zeros have the PNCS inside

If the verdes had been 275/45x20’s I’d have had these off you

Have you found any scorpion verde all season at a good price. My local guy has some at £199 each fully fitted and balanced.
If I go for these I will try and sell my Michelin pilot sport 4 (275/45x20) which have only done 1000 miles from new.

Hi Al, whilst I rate the Scorpion as an excellent all round tyre, my needs for the tyres on my Touareg are not so high, and the usual problem on these cars is shoulder wear, which may be in part due to the requirement load rating of only 108.
I therefore will probably go with Roadstone (made by Nexen) Roadian HP 110XL, which I can get for £120 each and have an excellent local mobile tyre fitter who does my fitting.

Fair enough. I got a Black Friday deal from kwikfit giving a 20% discount if you brought 4 tyres, so got 4 scorpion Verde all season 275/45 20’s rated at 110V fitted for £670.
Also, not trying to influence your chioce but had some Roadians on my first D3, worse tyre I have ever had, took then off after a very short amount of time. Noisy, crap grip, poor handling 👎
I know I am a fair distance from you, but I will be selling my set of Michelin pilot sport 4, rated at 110V. They have now done 1300 miles from new. They are around £240 each new, but I would be looking for £450 for the set of 4

The pilot sports are summer tyres that came on my new XC90, and I wanted some all season tyres. I was impressed by the scorpion verde all season that I had on my D5 so gone for a set of them.

I had the Michelin Pilots Sport 4 on my XC90 and thought they we excellent, even in the winter. Never had an issue. Great tyre. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)
