[For Sale] 52 plate D2 - history and good chassis!
This is our daughter's boyfriend's car...
It's his daily driver - his daytime job is for Bowler and he is scrupulous about his vehicles and their ongoing maintenance so info etc as follows:
It's a 2002 (52) facelift model disco 2 in Alvaston red. 5 spoke alloys, good tyres.
Chassis is one of the best i've seen. Its been completely rebushed in the last 2 years, had new rear bushes and anti roll bar links before this MOT.
Td5inside remap and boost increase (sensible for towing and economy)
Serviced every 6000 miles for the last 4 years by Mike - he looked after it for the previous owner and anything that was wrong has been done.
Currently at 135ish thousand miles. Drives very smoothly and tight.
Options:
Coil springs on the rear, although it still has the compressor fitted.
Dixon bate drop tow hitch
Cruise control
Climate control
Twin sunroofs
NAS cup holders
The vehicle is normally in Ashbourne but I suspect viewing could also be arranged in Towcester if required.

The title reads to me like the chassis is ed 2014 D4 XS
