Re your knee operations, I had both knees done at the same time in March this year, although 67 I was back at work within 12 weeks in an engineering capacity, as per the previous contributor said you have to work at it and you will be absolutely fine.
Thanks mate for the message 12 weeks sounds good to me I do have to lift 8’x4’’ mdf boards a lot so need to build up for that, just had a meeting with the surgeon who told me I have to have all the metalwork out for both legs before they can replace so that’s 13 screws and two plates he can’t tell me how long the recovery from that is 🙄 it’s never simple is itRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car
